Benefits / Why It’s Valuable

Here’s what interns stand to gain, which you might highlight in your article:

  • Hands‑on Exposure: Real‑world exposure to cybercrime investigations, digital forensics, tracing digital footprints, malware analysis etc. More than classroom theory.

  • Working with Experts: Opportunity to work with experts from I4C, law enforcement agencies etc. Insight into how national cybersecurity operations are carried out.

  • Interdisciplinary Learning: Because people from law, media, social sciences can apply, you’d get exposure to policy, legal, ethical, communications aspects, not just pure tech. That breadth can be a differentiator.

  • Certificate: Having a certificate from a national body like I4C adds credibility/resume value.

  • Contribution to National Security: An intangible benefit — being part of efforts to secure India’s cyber infrastructure / help combat cybercrime.
