69 lakhs lost due to a 4 lakh health insurance claim

This incident happened with a hardware trader living in Udhna of Surat city in Gujarat.

He had a health claim of 4 lakhs from 'Bharat AXA Insurance Company' twice, of 2 lakhs each, but the mediclaim was not settled.

Due to this, in 2023, a call comes on his mobile from Bharat AXA Company's manager, Shalini Agarwal. Shalini Agarwal told him that his 4 lakh premium will be refunded, but he will have to scan and send the necessary documents like Aadhar card, PAN card, and bank passbook on WhatsApp. After that, the trader forwarded all the documents.

Medical claim company's manager Shalini Agarwal also made the trader talk to other account books, clerks, and managers of the company so that the cyber fraud looks real.

After that, Shalini Agarwal asked him to deposit Rs 5000 in the name of the first processing fee, and by telling him about security, other fees, and different rules, the cyber fraudster deposited money worth Rs 68 lakh in his bank by December 2024.
Later, the cyber fraudster even stopped talking to the victim businessman. Finally, the victim businessman contacted the Surat police and lodged a primary complaint.

हेल्थ इंश्योरेंस के 4 लाख क्लेम के कारन 69 लाख गवाऐ 

उधना: यह घटना गुजरात के सुरत शहर के उधना मे रहने वाले एक हार्डवेअर व्यापारी के साथ हुवा है.

अपनी पुरानी हेल्थ पोलिसी के दो बार दो-दो लाख के कुल चार लाख का हेल्थ क्लेम 'भारत एक्सा बिमा कंपनी' का था पर वो मेडिक्लेम सेटल नहि हो पा रहा था. 
इसिके चलते 2023 मे एक मोबाईल पर कोल आता है भारत एक्सा कंपनी कि मेनेजर शालिनि अग्रवाल नाम से. शालिनि अग्रवाल ने उन्हे बताया कि आपको चार लाख प्रिमियम वापस किया जाऐगा पर आपको वाट्सअप पर जरुरी डोक्युमेंट जैसे कि आधार कार्ड,  पेनकार्ड,  बैंक पासबुक,  स्केन करके भेजने होंगे. उसके बाद सभी कागज व्यापारी ने भेज दिऐ.

मेडिक्लेम कंपनी कि मेनेजर शालिनी अग्रवाल ने व्यापारी कि बातची कंपनी के अन्य अकाउंट,  क्लार्क, मेनेजर से भी करवाई ताकि सायबर फ्राड सहि लगे. 
उसके बाद शालिनि अग्रवाल ने पले प्रोसेसींग फि के नाम पर 5000 रुपये जमा करने को कहे ऐसे कर के सिक्यचरीटि, अन्य फि, अलग तरह के नियम बता बता कर डिसेंबर 2024 तक 68 लाख रूपये तक के पैसे सायबर ठगो ने अपने बैंक मे जमा कर लिऐ. 
बाद मे सायबर ठग ने पिडित व्यापारी से बात करना  भी बंद कर दिया. अखिरकार पिडित व्यापारी ने सुरत के पुलिस से संपर्क किया और प्राथमिक शिकायत दर्ज करवाई.
