A woman was tricked on Facebook by a man posing as a female friend and modeling agent using fake IDs. He gained her trust, convinced her to send bikini photos for a fake modeling opportunity, and later blackmailed her into meeting him. The woman discovered the truth during a phone call, informed her family, and filed a police complaint. The cyber cell arrested the man, who had similarly exploited other women using fake identities.
To pursue a profession in modelling, a woman posted a picture of herself in a bikini to Facebook alongside her pal. She began pressuring the woman to meet him after snapping the picture and threatening to share it. It became clear during their phone conversation that he was a male and not a girl. When the woman needed assistance, she turned to the cyber cell, and the culprit was apprehended.
It was discovered that the lunatic had cheated on numerous girls in this manner after his complete history was removed and his cellphone data was examined. The individual looked through this woman's Facebook profile and removed a girl who was an old friend of hers. photo and other information from her friend list, made a phonepay ID under that female friend's name, and began communicating with her via Messenger.
After a few days, the phonepay buddy revealed that she is a model, complimented the woman's personality and physical appearance, and encouraged her to pursue modelling as a career. Thus, a lot of semi-naked pictures of the woman were taken. He began using blackmail to convince her to meet him after obtaining the photos. During the phone call, the woman discovered that he was a boy rather than a girl, and that he had used fictitious identification documents in the names of the boss and a girl to trap her.
After alerting her family members and submitting a police complaint, the woman was able to resolve her mental health issues that she had been hiding from them for several days.
